There are three game modes:
Game mode 1: - Play On A Single iDevice - Two players play using a single iDevice.
Game mode 2: - Play On Two iDevices Via Local Wifi - Two players play with individual iDevice via local WiFi.
Game mode 3: - Online Live Via Game Center - Two players play against each other live across Internet via Game Center.
For game mode 2, and 3 you can send text massages while game is active.
For game mode 3, you can also activate voice chat.
Have fun playing Checkers using your giant TV to share with family and friends.

It works very well
It works very well with my chromecast. I play against other people with all my iOS devices. It works perfectly on the 4s, 5s,iPad 2, and iPad Air 2! Its a fun simple app. I honestly cant wait for chess version
